Thank you for browsing through our website. Please carefully review our terms and conditions before placing your order. By making a purchase through our website, email, telephone or any other means, you are accepting our terms and conditions.

COPYRIGHT:
a. Pixies Dust Studio owns the copyright for the artwork provided on the invitation and stationery design. Artwork, invitations and stationery products may not be sold, copied, reproduced or altered without prior written permission from Pixies Dust Studio.
b. Any images consisting our work posted on social media will require clear and obvious credit back to our website. You may never claim any of our intellectual property as your own or your unique creation, even with attribution.
 

QUOTATION AND INVOICE:
a. All prices stated on our website are in Indian Rupee (INR). 
B. Prices on our website are subject to change without notice.
C. The final quantity order must be confirmed prior to deposit. You can increase your quantity before production begins.

DESIGN PROCESS:

  1. We will send you a proof within 3 business days after receiving the required payment and your invitation/stationery wording. The wording must be submitted by email in a Word document.

  2. Your order includes up to 10 rounds of minor edits after we send you the initial proof. Please revise your proof carefully before submitting a request to edit the design. These edits can be any of the following:

    1. a) Alterations in text styles (font, size and colour).

    2. b) Format and edit text.

    3. c) Reposition graphics.

   3. Edits beyond the scope of the design brief may incur extra charges.

  1. Editing your design will take up to 2 business days after you send a request.

APPROVAL:

  1. Your order will be processed for production after you approve the design proof. Pixies Dust Studio will accept written approval by email only.

  2. Your quantity order must be confirmed before production.

PRINTING & ASSEMBLING TURNAROUND TIME:

The turnaround time for each product is advised in the product description. Express printing is available and will incur an additional fee payable at the start of the design process.

APPOINTMENTS:

 We provide a face to face initial consultation to guide you through our process and allow 30 minutes for each client. All appointments will be given first priority.

Second appointments are available for a duration of 15 minutes.

Stationery products in our digital print range are only available through our website.

BRIDEZILLA CLAUSE:

Under no circumstance will Pixies Dust Studio tolerate any rude or disruptive conduct. Evidence of such behaviour will allow us to terminate the contract of sale.
